Our support is available not only for end users, but also for Finn-Power distributors and service personnel.

Finn-Power service

Whether you are located in one of the world’s largest cities or on an island in the middle of the ocean, your machine must be properly maintained – even if it is a Finn-Power machine known for its low maintenance requirements. Proper maintenance helps maintain performance, prevents failures, and extends the machine’s lifespan. You can arrange regular service with us or have your machine serviced at intervals that suit your production.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Service typically includes the replacement of wear parts, change of oils, adjustments and calibration, as well as electrical and control system checks. During service, our technicians can also provide valuable recommendations regarding your machine, such as identifying potential preventive actions before issues arise. If your machine has already served for decades, service can also help identify ways to extend its remaining service life through our lifetime extension options.

Typical components replaced during service include springs, seals, and sliding plates. And as expected from a Finn-Power machine, even these components require replacement relatively infrequently.

Service should be carried out after a certain number of operating hours. The recommended service intervals, along with other important maintenance information, can be found in your machine’s user manual. We also recommend regular preventive care, such as lubrication and cleaning, to ensure optimal performance.

LILLBACKA SERVICES MACHINES LOCALLY

In most cases, there is no need to send your machine to us for servicing. Global Finn-Power service is carried out at your own facilities through our extensive distributor network, supported by our Finnish headquarters. If required, our service experts can also be deployed directly from Finland. Service operations within Finland are typically performed by Lillbacka’s own service engineers.

By providing service through your local Finn-Power distributor, maintenance is faster and more accessible, and carried out in your local language. To ensure high service quality, we organize Service Training events for our distributor service network, where we train service personnel in machine maintenance. In addition, our distributors receive service-related training during our Lillbacka Academy events.

Technical support

We take pride in our genuinely responsive technical support. Our typical response time is within half a day, and 65% of support requests are resolved within the same day.

When you contact us, your first point of contact is already a trained professional. We provide clear instructions on how to resolve the issue or ask relevant follow-up questions that quickly move the case forward. Our technical support is backed by the expertise of our entire organization, with direct access to areas such as production and product development. This enables faster and more accurate troubleshooting.
