We offer several retrofit and upgrade options from basic maintenance to completely overhauling the interior of the machine. The upgrades extend the lifetime of your machine and secure the efficiency and quality of your production, increasing the profitability of your investment.

SMART CRIMPING CONTROL REPLACEMENT PACKAGE
Make your trusted Finn-Power ready for the future! Our Control Replacement Package replaces your IS or VS control with the latest Smart Crimping Control technology. The result is a modernized machine with entirely updated electronics and a brand-new control system with advanced features that improve efficiency, usability, and ensure future-readiness.
Your machine receives:
- New electronics
- Modern, easy-to-use SCC™ control system
- Mechanical maintenance as needed
- Updated documentation (CE documentation & type plate)
The Smart Crimping Control Replacement Package is compatible with FP, NC, and SP crimper models.
When to choose the Control Replacement Package?
Choose the Control Replacement Package when you are happy with your long-serving FP, NC, or SP category Finn-Power but want to:

The upgrade process
- Shipping. The machine is shipped to our headquarters in Finland.
- Pre-testing. We test the mechanics and determine maintenance needs.
- Electronics replacement. All electronics are replaced.
- Control system upgrade. The old IS or VS control system is replaced with SCC™.
- Mechanical maintenance. Performed as requires.
- Testing. We test the machine to verify performance and safety.
- Compliance update. New CE documentation and type plate are issued.
- Delivery. The upgraded machine is delivered to the customer.

The upgrade process
Two alternative processes are available depending on your machine and the selected option:
Upgrade in Finland. The machine is shipped to our headquarters in Finland, where our technicians perform the retrofit.
Upgrade by your local distributor. Your local Finn-Power distributor performs the retrofit at your facility.

Spare parts & Service
Sometimes, all a machine needs is new spare parts and proper maintenance. Whether your Finn-Power dates from the 1980s or the 2000s, its performance can be secured well into the future with original Finn-Power spare parts. With Finn-Power machines, these procedures are required only at long intervals.

The upgrade process
Two service options are available depending on your needs:
Service in Finland. The machine is shipped to our headquarters in Finland for service.
Service by local technician. A technician selected by your local Finn-Power distributor and trained by Lillbacka performs the service at your facility.
