Scope of Use
The Finn-Power hose fitting insertion machine is a simple, compressed air-powered solution for inserting fittings into hoses in hose assembly production. It provides an efficient alternative to manual insertion. The machine is well suited for applications where pre-assembly needs to be carried out quickly, easily, ergonomically, and reliably. An optional stand is available.
Benefits
The insertion machine eliminates the need for manual pre-assembly. It holds the hose securely in place with in-house manufactured gripping surfaces, preventing slippage and surface damage. Designed and manufactured in Finland, the machine also allows fittings to be removed intact when needed. With the optional stand, the feeding angle can be adjusted, enabling ergonomic and efficient insertion of even larger hoses.
