ML2 – Laser Marking Machine offers a fast, accurate, and environmentally friendly marking solution for round items like tubes and hydraulic hose assemblies. For example, marking the text “Finn-Power” (font size 12 pt) takes only 0.2 seconds.
ML2 is an OEM-ready, Laser Safety Class 1 product that fulfills the required laser safety regulations. ML2 is a fiber laser, which is more energy-efficient compared to other laser types. Accurate and well-readable marking with the ML2 laser marking device provides traceability, enhances product appearance, and gives an impression of high product quality.
ML2 comes with a computer as a standard feature. It can be operated independently with a laptop and has also an Plug & Play connection to the crimping machine ICC controller. The hose/pipe feeding slot enables fast part changes between markings without the need to open a door. The automatic hose/pipe height adjustment eliminates the need for manual setup. ML2 has a fume exhaust connection as a standard feature.
