Control ICC3™ (option)

ICC3™ is automatic quality control method with alarm function. ICC3 measures the end diameter and end pressure which need to be within defined values.

ICC3™ removes the need for the manual measurement of the product and records all the crimping parameters and data.

Different count modes:

• Pressure or diameter
• Pressure and diameter
• Pressure only
• Diameter only

ICC3™ increases the production efficiency and prevents faulty parts ending up to final customers.

Different alarm modes:

• Counter value not changed
• Sound
• Die set lock
• Machine lock (operator can not remove the part)
