HydraPower Dynamics distributes Finn-Power products in the UK. The company has a dedicated Finn-Power division that has been continuously growing since the companies started cooperating in 1983.

“We have continuously invested in Finn-Power because we believe it is the best product in the world. When our cooperation started, I quickly identified that having a whole Finn-Power division is the best way for us to move forward. Having a separate division enables us to analyze results and to expand and enhance the business”, says CEO Patrick Browne.

After decades of working closely together with both Lillbacka and the end customers, the expertise of the Finn-Power division, consisting of Service Engineers, a Sales Administrator and Business Development Manager Dave Evans, has reached a high level.

“We believe that actively visiting customers and being in close contact with them has led to us being quite knowledgeable. Whenever needed, Lillbacka supports us in technical matters, exhibitions and marketing. It is a great benefit to our sales. The Lillbacka training academy has also proven very useful in keeping our expertise up-to-date”, says Dave Evans.

HydraPower Dynamics offers customers full service – one of the key characteristics of a successful distributor. The service process begins with identifying customer needs and is finalized with regular maintenance. All projects are equally important, regardless of the size of the machine. Service is provided quickly and with high quality, something that HydraPower Dynamics prides themselves on.

According to Dave Evans, HydraPower’s success as a distributor has also been aided by Finn-Power products’ supreme qualities. Lillbacka offers a full range of products, making it effortless to find the optimal fit for the customer’s need. Dave Evans also believes that the machines’ reliability and repeatability are unmatched.

“I recently spoke to customer that wanted to swap their newly-purchased crimper for a Finn-Power machine. That says a lot about Finn-Power’s qualities. It is our job to make sure customers understand that if they buy cheap, they buy twice. I know that for the rest of my working career, I will never have to replace any of the machines I sell today.”

Patrick Browne is pleased with the fact that Lillbacka not only keeps on producing the highest quality, but also makes technological advancements along the way.

When asked why, Dave Evans and Patrick Browne simultaneously answer “the people”. According to both men, the people are an essential part of a partnership, much like mutual trust and loyalty.

“Finn-Power truly is a family. We have sometimes been asked to represent other brands but have refused to do so. There is a great amount of loyalty between us”, says Dave Evans.

“Finn-Power is a very established brand around the world. Representing them has definitely enhanced our brand: only mentioning Finn-Power has helped us in the market. People respect the fact that when they buy a Finn-Power machine, they buy it for life”, Patrick Browne concludes.
