ICC4 – Graphical Quality Control

ICC4 is patented integrated online graphical quality control. ICC4 measures crimping from start to end and can detect problems during the whole crimping process. ICC4 stops the process at any point when problem occures. ICC4 saves automatic quality reports with crimping parameters and crimping data.

ICC4 increases the production efficiency and prevents faulty parts ending up to final customers. ICC4 also reduces the need for additional testing.

Different count modes:

• Pressure or diameter
• Pressure and diameter
• Pressure only
• Diameter only

ICC3 increases the production efficiency and prevents faulty parts ending up to final customers. Different alarm modes:

• Counter value not changed
• Sound
• Die set lock
• Machine lock (operator can not remove the part)
